After going through 2 other big named agencies who were prompting me to accept low offers, I was fortunate to sign with Aladdin, not only did he respect my wishes, but he came back with an offer of what I was expecting and didn't bother me with excuses. His hard work and skill in communicating as well as his professional ability to take all calls and get back to every prospect is what got the sale. Other agents I would struggle to get feedback, which makes you realise that this may be the case with potential buyers not getting good customer service. Aladdin not only got me the price I wanted, but he was always available to take calls, give feedback and reassure me. I would highly recommend him above all the other agents in the area, over a 12 year period I used 4 others, none come close to Aladdin and his team.
